WED MAY 13 2026-theGBJournal| President Bola Tinubu landed in Kigali on Wednesday evening local time, part of his three-nation trip which included France, Kenya and Rwanda.
The President, who was met on arrival by Rwandan and Nigerian officials including Foreign Affairs Minister, Bianca Odumegwu-Ojokwu, is also scheduled to attend the annual Africa CEO Forum taking place between May 14th and 15th.
The Forum is billed as the largest gathering of African private sector leaders, investors, and policy makers, focusing on accelerating economic transformation through shared scale, regional integration and increased cross-border investment.
Nigeria’s Coordinating Minister of Health and Social Welfare, Prof. Muhammad Ali Pate, Alhaji Aliko Dangote, President of the Dangote Group, Tony Elumelu, UBA Plc and Heirs Holding Chairman, Abulsamad Rabiu, BUA Chairman and NNPC Limited Executive Vice President (Gas, Power & New Energy), Olalekan Ogunleye are all expected to join the President at the Forum.
