TUE. 04 APRIL 2023-theGBJournal | Air Peace airline Tuesday apologised following days of flight disruptions that left most of its customers frustrated, saying that it regrets the inconveniences caused, and assures that they are doing ‘’everything possible to minimise the effect of these disruptions.’’
The airline’s management explained that the disruptions were as a result of unscheduled aircraft maintenance and largely by delays in renewing work permit/visas for many of its pilots which have led to a chain of delays and cancellations across its local flight operations.
The airline said the Immigration Services have already intervened as the visas have now been granted.
‘’The pilots have started returning from countries from today. Normalcy is assured within 72 hours,’’ Air Peace management said in a statement seen by theG&BJournal.
