U.S. President Joe Biden sends eight-man Presidential delegation to attend the inauguration of President-elect Bola Ahmed Tinubu

TUE, MAY 23 2023-theGBJournal |US President Joseph R. Biden Jr. Monday announced an eight-man Presidential Delegation to attend the inauguration of His Excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu on May 29, 2023, in Abuja, Nigeria.

The Honorable Marcia L. Fudge, Secretary of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, will lead the delegation,” the State Department said in a statement

Members of the Presidential Delegation will include U.S. Embassy Abuja Charge d’Affaires, Mr. David Greene, Honorable Marisa Lago, Under Secretary of Commerce for International Trade, U.S Department of Commerce and General Michael E. Langley, Commander of U.S. Africa Command.

Others in the delegation are Honorable Enoh T. Ebong, Director, U.S. Trade and Development Agency, Honorable Mary Catherine Phee, Assistant Secretary of State for Bureau of African Affairs, U.S Department of State, Honorable Judd Devermont, Special Assistant to the President and Senior Director for African Affairs, National Security Council and Honorable Monde Muyangwa, Assistant Administrator for Bureau for Africa, U.S Agency for International Development.
