The country’s apex court in the same breath dismissed the appeal file the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) on the same issue. The party was also urged to withdraw its appeal as it did not have prayers for determination.

The A seven-member panel of the Supreme Court, led by Justice Inyang Okoro announced the its decision after counsels to parties adopted their briefs of argument and made final submissions.

Meanwhile, the Supreme Court in the course of the hearing, noted there are conflicting letters from the Chicago State University (CSU) on President Bola Tinubu’s certificate.
