A Federal High Court sitting in Port Harcourt, Rivers State has ordered the former acting National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Senator Ali Modu Sheriff and the National Secretary of the party, Professor Adewale Oladipo from parading themselves as the key officials of the party.The interim injunction was contained in a statement signed by the presiding judge, Justice A.M.Liman.
According to the statement, all members of the National Working Committee of the party sacked during the Saturday’s convention should not submit their names to the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, as officers or candidates of the party pending the hearing and determination of the Motion on Notice brought by the Party.
