Spain would play France while England would lock horns with Netherlands.

France-
Under current coach France have not been one of the best performers. This tournament has been sub-par for them based on goals draught, and despite their attacking unit.
They haven’t scored a single goal from open play, yet benefitted from two own goals.
Their defense is their strongest unit and is something that’s vital for Knock out games.
However, they have experienced players that have won the world cup and also lost out in World cup finals recently, their experience and defensive solidity makes them favorite to win the tournament.

Spain are the most impressive team left based on this tournament performance they have won all their matches.
They are the current highest scoring team
Their attacking abilities make them the second favorites to win the trophy, the lack of tournament experience can be an issue especially as they play a side that knows how to win Tournaments

Hate Southgate style of play for all you care but one thing is sure, he knows how to do well in major tournaments.

They have had far easier knock out games, they performed poorly in their group, which shows they aren’t ready for the big boys, they are the least favorites for the tournament and would hope Lady luck keep on favoring them
