THUR SEPT 04 2025-theGBJournal| President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will depart Abuja today, September 4, to commence a working vacation in Europe, as part of his 2025 annual leave, Special Adviser to the President on Information & Strategy, Bayo Onanuga announced in a statement.
Onanuga said the vacation will last 10 working days, and the President will spend the period between France and the UK and before returning to the country.
This will be the second trip by the President that is explicitly described as a ”vacation.”
The president has spent over 180 days since his assumption of office in May 29, 2023, on foreign trips and most of his trips abroad has often been described as working vacation.
Onanuga, in his statement did not indicate the date the President will return to the country.
