DELTA, APRIL 3, 2018 – In an effort to make Deltans especially civil servants have their own houses, Delta State Government in partnership with TURECC, an international Estate Construction firm, have flagged off 1,000 Housing Units.
Mr B. O. Omoniyi, Director, Head of Marketing, Delta Trust, who represented Delta State government, stated Tuesday that since it is a right for everybody to have a house and not a privilege, then it is also possible for everyone to possess the houses without stress on their lands.
While he said TURECC have a number of good products, have vision, noting that housing is essential through investment and others, he encouraged everyone to patronize the bank which is solely established by Delta State government for housing purposes and that the bank has various facilities to finance any property project without hindrance to the beneficiaries.
Pastor Elvis Uto, Director of Operations, TURECC, in his opening speech stated that the firm is out to encourage everybody to invest in land property, be an investor and be able to live something for the next generation.
According to him, there are opportunities in such packages like TURECC Own a House, TURECC Apartment, TURECC International Properties, TURECC Business, Garden City, Construction and others where would be property owners can invest in and become property owners without stress.
He said what is important is to have a regular income, identify the type of two or three bedroom executive desired and from your budget choose between the Toy House Executive, Toy House Delux and Toy House Standard available.
Uto disclosed that whether the owner of the land have started construction or not, have approval or not, on the land does not matter but that what is important is for the intending house owner to register with TURECC which will perfect the other documents to the Certificate of Occupancy, C Of O.
