WED, JAN 10 2024-theGBJournal|The Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) has announced that it will air all 52 matches of the African Cup of Nations Cote d’ Ivoire 2023.
The heart warming news is a result of a sweet heart deal signed with AfroSports, an Afro-centric sports media company on Tuesday.
Details of the deal is not clear but football enthusiasts around the country hail the deal as a major relief following the heart breaking news from MultiChoice recently that it will not broadcast the continental championship that is scheduled to kick-off in Cote d’ Ivoire on Saturday, January 13, 2024.
Nigeria kicks off its AFCON campaign against Equatorial Guinea on Sunday, 14 January 2024 in a group that also includes host, Cote d’ Ivoire and Guinea-Bissua.
