MON. 27 FEB, 2023-theGBJournal| The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) won big in Gombe State after scoring a resounding 319, 123 votes in the February 25th, 2023 Presidential election.
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) released the official result at the National Collation Centre, Abuja today.
The ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) came in at a distant second with a total vote tally of 146, 977 votes while Labour Party Nigeria (LP) trailed further back with 25, 160 votes.
The total number of registered voters in the State was announced as 1, 575, 794 by the returning officer while the total number of accredited voters was recorded as 542, 997.
The total number of valid votes was 510, 043 and total number of rejected votes was put at 23735 while total votes cast was 533, 778.
