Major personnel shake up at the Nigeria Police Force, CP Frank Mba reappointed FPRO

FRI 09 APRIL, 2021-theGBJournal- The Acting Inspector General of Police (IGP) Force, Usman Alkali Baba, today approved major, strategic posting including the deployment of AIG Hafiz Inuwa, as the Force Secretary and member of the Force Management Team.

The Force in a statement said, the IGP also approved the reappointment of CP Frank Mba and Acting CP Idowu Owohunwa as the Force Public Relations Officer (FPRO) and Principal Staff Officer (PSO) to the IGP respectively.

According to the statement, the new Force Secretary, AIG Hafiz Inuwa, takes over from AIG Mustapha Dandaura who has been redeployed to zone-7 Police Headquarters, Abuja. Prior to his appointment as Force Secretary, Inuwa was the Assistant Inspector of Police in charge of Zone-13 Ukpo-Dunukofia in Awka, Anambra State, covering Anambra and Enugu State Police Commands.

The Masters degree holder in Public Policy and Administration (MPPA) also previously served as the Commissioner of Police in charge of Delta and Cross River States, amongst other strategic positions. He is a member of the prestigious National Institute of Policy and Strategic Studies (NPPS), Kuru, Jos.

The appointments and postings senior officers and personal aides take immediate effect.
