WED JUNE 05 2024-theGBJournal| Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) today lifted the suspension imposed on the secondary listing of Oando PLC’s securities, allowing trading of the company’s securities to resume with immediate effect.
The JSE suspended secondary listing of Oando securities on March 27, 2024, citing its inability to meet the extended deadline given it to publish its 2022 audited year-end results as well as the interim results for 2023.
Oando in a statement announcing the development said, ”we acknowledge and appreciate the patience of our stakeholders during this time; furthermore, we remain committed to maintaining the highest standards of corporate governance and transparency.”
