MON, AUGUST 28 2023-theGBJournal |The Kaduna State Governor, Uba Sani showcased and marketed Kaduna State to Africa and the world in Kigali, Rwanda while participating in an Executive Leadership Retreat in Kigali, Rwanda.
The event, with the theme ”Rethinking Leadership and Leading Systems” is organised by the Nigeria Governors’ Forum in collaboration with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
After the ”deeply insightful and engaging Retreat,” the Governor was hosted to a closing dinner by the Rwandan President, His Excellency, Paul Kagame.
According to Governor Sani, the closing dinner afforded them the opportunity of sharing ideas with the Rwandan President on a wide range of issues and concerns on Africa, ”our developmental and security challenges, and the pathway to a prosperous future for our continent.”
”We thank President Kagame for giving us tips on how to manage diversity in an increasingly complex and fractious world,” the Governor said.
The Governor used the Retreat to showcase and market Kaduna State to Africa and the world, and held meetings with investors and got commitments from them to prioritize Kaduna State in their investment decisions.
