SAT, MAY 16 2020-theG&BJournal- Exclusive report by the Daily Mail named Norwich, Aston Villa, Bournemouth and West Ham as club most likely to be relegated if no more games are played after next week’s meeting of the English Premier League clubs.
Premier League clubs will be debating which teams would be relegated and how final positions would be decided if the season is ended next week Monday.
Daily Mail reports that the clubs will vote on whether to accept the Premier League’s return-to training protocols on Monday, which is expected to go through with little opposition to enable players to resume training the following day.
‘’But the subsequent discussion over how they should end the season is likely to be far more heated,’’ Daily Marl said.
The Premier League, with up to £200 million at stake, has millions of followers in Nigeria who would wish play resumes. Liverpool FC currently is the runaway leader with 82 points ahead of Manchester City with 57, and looking to win the Premier League for the first time since the 1989/90 season under Kenny Dalglish.
