A former Delta State Chief Judge and father to Senator Ovie Omo-Agege, representing Delta Central at the National Assembly, Hon. Justice James Omo-Agege, is dead.James Omo-Agege, who was the state Chief Judge between 3rd October 1993 and 4th November 1998 died Thursday evening after a brief illness.
He was the state Chief Judge from October 1993 to November 1998.
