The G&B Journal: You started out with paid employment, now you are an entrepreneur, in all honesty which will you say is your preferred choice?

Cynthia Oye: If you had asked me this question five years ago I probably would have quickly said paid employment, because I enjoyed consistent earnings while in paid employment.

But having being an entrepreneur for awhile, I have matured in reasoning and I understand the process, so any day entrepreneurship will be it for me.

The G&B Journal: How do you get clients?

Cynthia Oye: Due to our efficient service delivery principal at Procot management concept, we get clients mostly through referrals.
