WED, FEB 19 2020-theG&BJournal- President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the enlargement of the Interim Management Committee of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) from 3-5. The President also approved the appointment of Prof. Kemebradikumo Daniel Pondei as the new Ag. Managing Director. He replaces Joy Nunieh who has been serving in that capacity.
Daniel Pondei is a Professor of Medicine at the Niger Delta University, and former Provost, College of Health Sciences of the institution.
The President had earlier approved that the Interim Management Committee would be in place till the forensic audit of NDDC was concluded.
The President had presided over the Federal Executive meeting at Aso Villa today.
