COVID-19: First baby born to COVID-19 positive mother at the Central Hospital of Yaoundé

MON, APRIL 06 2020-theG&BJournal-Authorities in Cameroon Monday announced the first baby born to COVID-19 positive mother at the central hospital of Yaoundé. The baby was born 11:12 pm. Dr. Yaneu and his team were commended for this feat in an isolation unit in Yaounde.
Meanwhile, confirmed cases in the country have reached 650 due to massive testing launched by the ministry of health.
Officials of the Ministry of Health say the number of cases will still climb with the massive testing campaign that they launched.
