THUR, MARCH 12 2020-theG&BJournal- Mr Christos Giannopoulos will retire from his position as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PZ Cussons Nigeria Plc after a decade at the helm, PZ Cussons Nigeria Plc announced Thursday.
Another long serving executive of the company, Mr Panagiotis Katsis will be appointed as the new CEO effective 1st July 2020
PZ Cussons said in statement released to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), that Giannopoulos retirement is effective 30th June 2020.
Giannopoulos joined PZ (UK) in July 1988 and has over the years served in various roles and functions across the business before rising to the position of CEO in Nigeria in 2009.
His replacement, Panagiotis Katsis joined in 1998 and has worked in a variety of senior roles including as General Manager, Commercial and Deputy Managing Director
