Arsenal captain Martin Odegaard scored a brace with Gabriel Jesus also on the score sheet before Noni Madueke scored a consolation goal, consolidating Chelsea’s abysmal losing run under Frank Lampard while giving the Gunners a glimmer of hope in the title challenge with their destiny out of their hands after dropping points in recent games.

His flair, creativity, ball retention, and passes are things that are key to a modern-day mild fielder.
The prospect of him and Haaland’s link-up improving is something that would make Norwegians happy.
It’s time to let Aubameyang go.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang had nine touches and was substituted at halftime.
His body language, positioning, lack of defensive awareness, or tracking of the ball were part of Chelsea’s problem.
He needs to go, and he has proven Potter right by excluding him from the Champions League squad. Whether it’s emotional or physical issues, he surely doesn’t seem happy and hasn’t contributed meaningfully to the club.
Defense and not attack should be Arsenal’s summer recruitment base.

Arsenal need to focus on defensive cover, Saliba’s injury, and Partey’s poor form, where major issues have dimmed Arsenal’s league title hopes, Arsenal need a good player upgrade or competition while also signing a classic center back; they also need a good right back.
If the recruitment is done right, then come the end of next season, Arsenal would also be in the mix.
Chelsea need to get their next coach right.
Chelsea have gotten both manager and interim manager appointments wrong, and they need to make sure this next manager is the right one, from one that can motivate the players to one that is not afraid to lead a summer clean-out and drop deadwood to one with a long-term plan.
