Argentine football legend Diego Maradona dies at 60 following heart attack

WED, 25 NOV, 2020-theGBJournal- Argentine football legend and World Cup winner Diego Maradona has died aged 60, his long time lawyer and agent has confirmed.
The diminutive footballer, renowned for his famous ‘’hand of god’’ goal during the 1986 World Cup final died after suffering a heart attack.
Maradona had been hospitalised at the start of November with anaemia and dehydration, days after celebrating the landmark birthday.
He was widely regarded as one of the greatest footballers of all time. He was named joint winner of the FIFA Player of the 20th century.
He is survived by five children.
