SUN JUNE 22 2025-theGBJournal| President Donald Trump on Saturday said the United States has conducted airstrikes on three Iranian nuclear facilities in Fordow, Natanz, and Esfahan, a major move that signals America’s entry into war with Iran alongside its long time ally Israel.
”We have completed our very successful attack on three nuclear sites in Iran, including Fordow, Natanz, and Esfahan. All planes are now outside of Iran air space. A full load payload of BOMBS was dropped on the primary sites.” Trump said on his social media handle.
The U.S and Israel, ”worked as a team, like perhaps no team has ever worked before.”
”There is not another military in the world that could have done this. Now is the time for peace,” President Trump said.
President Trump in his speech from the White House, described the facilities as ”horribly destructive enterprise,” adding that U.S ”objectives was the destruction of Iran’s nuclear enrichment capacity and a stop to the nuclear threats posed by the world’s number one state sponsor of terror.”

President Trump also described Iran as the bully of the Middle East and said the country ”must now make peace. If they do not, future attacks will be far greater and lot easier.”
President Trump watched the strikes unfold Saturday from the White House situation Room, and was joined by his national security team and closest aides.
According to news reports, two of the major nuclear facilities, Natanz and Estefan were wiped out with 30 Tomahawk missiles launched by American submarines some 400 miles away.
Iranian state television swiftly said after the news of the strikes, ”every American citizen or military personal in the region is now a target.”
Meanwhile, Iran’s Supreme Leader has responded to the U.S strikes.
”Americans should expect greater damage and blows than ever before,” he says.
The Political deputy of Iranian national TV (IRIB), speaking live on air, shortly after the Trumps announcement, said ”Iran had already evacuated three nuclear sites some time ago, and local residents in the vicinity of Fordow told Iranian state TV, IRNA, that there were no indications of a major explosion.
Iranian official experts are expected to release further details as the investigation progresses.
