MON, MARCH 6 2017-The Ajman Free Zone organized recently, under the supervision of the Corporate Communications Department and in cooperation with Dubai Autism Center, an awareness workshop about autism entitled (for them).
This workshop aims to brief the community on the autism and its causes in order to provide the necessary support to this category and to develop the consciousness of an autistic child.
It also aims to stimulate the spirit of social responsibility among employees and the community with those who are suffering from autism in commensuration with their abilities and capabilities and to enhance their confidence and integration with the community.
It defined autism and its symptoms and the most important difficulties and challenges faced by the autistic children as well as the causes of autism and treatment methods and the difficulties faced by the family of the autistic child. On the sidelines of the workshop, arts works done by Dubai Autism children were displayed.
