SAT, 08 OCT, 2022-theGBJournal| Air Peace today announced resumption of scheduled flights to Johannesburg, with effect from Sunday, October 9, 2022.
The airline said the schedules are now live on their website/mobile app, and passengers can book their flights to Johannesburg, South Africa.
The airline first launched scheduled direct, nonstop flights on December 17, 2020, into Johannesburg, South Africa, with a starting fare of N250,000 for a return Economy ticket, and Johannesburg was the second international destination the airline launched.
According to the airline, South Africa has always been on the radar of Air Peace as the airline is constantly reviewing its route network and considering strategic ways of expanding the route network to offer great value to Nigerians first, and other Africans.
Recall that in March 2022, Air Peace launched its Niamey route, and a few months before then, it flagged off Douala operations from Lagos and PH.
The airline launched its initial one weekly flight to China on July 13, 2022, and two weekly flights to India, as it hopes to increase frequencies when operations garner momentum.
The airline parades an optimal, mixed, modern fleet of over 30 aircraft, including five brand new Embraer 195-E2s, and has the largest fleet in West and Central Africa.
