TUE MAR 03 2026-theGBJournal| AFC Capital Partners has invited expressions of interest from suitably qualified individual consultants to provide targeted fundraising advisory services in support of its flagship climate-focused vehicle, the Infrastructure Climate Resilient Fund (ICRF) Nigeria Vehicle.

AFC Capital Partners set submission deadline for Monday, 9th March 2026.

The move signals a renewed drive to mobilise capital for sustainable and climate-resilient infrastructure projects across Nigeria.

The advisory mandate is expected to focus on shaping and executing a robust capital-raising strategy, engaging prospective institutional investors, and positioning the fund to attract both domestic and international climate finance.

With infrastructure deficits and climate vulnerabilities intensifying, the ICRF Nigeria Vehicle is designed to channel long-term financing into projects that enhance resilience while delivering competitive returns.

Interested individual consultants (not firms) are requested to submit: 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗩 demonstrating relevant experience in fundraising, institutional investor engagement, or pension ecosystem advisory in Nigeria, 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱 outlining comparable mandates or capital mobilization engagements, 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 (𝗺𝗮𝘅𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝟮 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀) describing proposed strategy for investor origination and engagement, and 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲, where applicable.

By bringing in specialised fundraising expertise, AFC Capital Partners aims to accelerate investor commitments and deepen market confidence in Nigeria’s green infrastructure landscape.

The initiative underscores growing momentum around blended finance structures and climate-aligned investment vehicles as the country seeks to bridge its infrastructure gap sustainably.
