WED NOV 26 2025-theGBJournal| President Bola Tinubu today, sent a three-man list of ambassadorial nominees to the Nigerian Senate for confirmation, the first since he assumed office on 29 May 2023.
Senate President Godswill Akpabio, who revealed the list to the Senate plenary, which includes career diplomats, said he is sure other names will follow.
In the list are; Kayode Are, retired army Colonel and former Director General, State Security Service from Ogun State, Aminu Dalhatu from Jigawa State and Ayodele Oke, a retired career diplomat and former Director General, National Intelligence Agency (NIA) from Oyo State.
